We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our dynamic HR team! This role will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer to ensure a high quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate will make a thoughtful impact using creativity and initiative in recruitment strategies. This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition. Job Responsibilities: - Day-to-day execution of the full cycle recruitment process for both clinical and non-clinical roles - Partner and consult with hiring managers to understand position being filled and ideal candidate profile - Actively identify, recruit and engage candidates and perform outbound sourcing efforts to fill positions in a timely fashion with high quality talent - Review and assess candidate’s experience, education, training, and other qualifications against the candidate profile - Provider a best in class candidate experience for all candidates while establishing and maintain relationships to ensure a robust talent funnel for current and future opportunities - Oversee candidate screening and interview scheduling coordination - Successfully represent th...
