The Service & Team: We deliver Health Visiting and School Nursing services across six localities within Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, covering a diverse geography from the Devon border including Bude, Launceston and Liskeard, through to Helston and Penzance. We provide an evidence‑based, family‑centred public health service, focused on identifying health needs, inequality and vulnerability within families and communities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and forward‑thinking service. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to meet the needs of local communities and improve outcomes for children and young people across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. The course embraces a family/child/workplace-centred public health role with individuals, families, and populations, and focuses on improving health and tackling health inequalities.
