Overview The Software and Digital Platforms team in France is looking for an AI Powered Developer Productivity Architect to help Digital Natives and high growth startups transform how software is built using AI native development platforms. In this role, you will work with some of the most innovative software companies to design and implement AI powered developer platforms that dramatically improve engineering productivity. A key focus will be enabling organizations to adopt agentic development workflows using modern tools such as Copilot CLI, multi agent ecosystems, and autonomous coding agents that can assist engineers across the entire development lifecycle. You will guide engineering teams in building AI native DevOps environments where automation is embedded throughout the GitHub lifecycle. This includes helping organizations integrate intelligent coding agents directly into development workflows, enabling developers to assign issues to AI agents and automatically generate pull requests, tests, and documentation.
