Job Description Summary As a Parts Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing spare parts orders starting from transfer meeting with tendering to managing the Quality, Cost, and Delivery of the entire execution process by ensuring on time delivery according to contractual terms. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Customer order review and compare with the GE quote upon transfer of the project file from the Commercial group to Project management. Invoicing according to the contract terms Administrative closing of the project. Project kick-off meeting with all internal contributors and assign roles and responsibilities. Coordinate all activities with the other departments, related to the project supply (procurement, logistics, customs, finance…) Follow project spend vs budget (cost, materials, labor) & GE procurement department on supplier deliveries Communicate and inform the customer of project progress on a regular basis.
