About this Role The Personal Banker will create and deliver a memorable customer experience by conducting banking transactions and providing financial product solutions to our clients. You must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and be able to thrive in a diverse work environment. The Personal Banker will uncover client banking and financial needs and propose product solutions suitable for each unique client. In addition, you will refer clients to the appropriate specialty banking representative when needed, handle customer service requests and complaints, maintain the security of customer information and conduct proactive outreach and follow-up with our customers.
