LPN/RN-Keene-(3pm-11pm)-Full-Time Shift LPN/RN Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Wellness Director, primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to providing assistance to the residents in maintaining their highest level of functional independence and psychosocial wellness. LPN/RN Duties/Responsibilities: - Assumes responsibility for administering quality care to meet the total needs of residents - Provides medication administration, handling, & storage as follows: - Provides medication assistance for residents in accordance with state regulations and company policy including pouring, preparing, assisting with administration, and documentation - Assists in maintaining the medication cart and storage room in a neat and orderly manner - Accepts responsibility for accurate medication counts and for security of the medication cart and medication storage room for assigned shifts - Comply with company policies and procedures related to controlled substances, narcotic count and documentation - Use sound nursing judgment to evaluate changes in resident situations and report to Wellness Director and/or physician when appropriate. - Observes changes in Resident st...
