Statement of Duties As the Youth Services Division continues to develop cohort-based summer jobs programming for teens, there is a need for support staff to facilitate and lead groups of teen employees. The employee will be responsible for overseeing a cohort of teens, facilitating team building and experiential learning programming for youth participants.
