Join COSMOTE Global Solutions as a Business Analyst and play a central role in transforming business needs into effective technology solutions. - Analyse IT systems and ensure clear understanding of requirements within the project team - Gather and validate requirements from internal and external stakeholders - Provide input on low-level design and solution patterns - Conduct business risk analysis - Maintain and update traceability matrices - Define specifications for system integrations and technical components - Collaborate with developers, testers, and architects to ensure proper implementation - Support user and administrator training Requirements: Essential Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Minimum 6 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years as a Business Analyst - Minimum 2 years of experience with Scrum or another Agile framework - Strong experience in business and IT systems analysis - Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements - Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence and modelling tools such as Sparx EA - Knowledge of Scrum methodology - Good understanding of relational databases - Ability to apply ar...
