Description POSITION SUMMARY: Design, commission, and build BAS databases and graphics in a safe, conscientious, and professional manner while striving to exceed our high-end, commercial real estate customers’ expectations. Assist in providing project management and leadership within the BAS Department. Follow professional development plan to accomplish individual goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Design, service, and implement BAS systems - Oversee setup and installation of BAS components and ensure proper setup of end devices - Report status of BAS projects to Systems Coordinator and Systems Supervisor - Perform network setup and troubleshooting (IP, RS-485, etc.) - Perform Point-to-Point verification of I/O - Provide technical support to BAS team - Provide excellent craftsmanship and quality of work - Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including the proper use of PPE - Coordinate and maintain company-issued tools and equipment - Complete accurate timecards, service activities, and inspection reports - Regularly communicate with team, Systems Coordinator, and Systems Supervisor - Regular...
