IT Operations Engineer

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing technical support to HRTers around the globe, while also driving automation and engineering solutions to improve scalability and efficiency. You’ll work closely with IT leadership to deliver projects, meet service-level objectives, and continuously improve internal processes. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude and a customer service mindset to deliver outstanding support to internal users. This role is expected to be onsite up to 80% of the time.
