The Development Manager is responsible for the entitlement, design coordination, and permitting processes for new ground-up In-N-Out Burger restaurants in various markets. *This position is full-time, in-office only – Baldwin Park, CA General Responsibilities: - The real estate Development Manager will be responsible for all steps in the restaurant development process, starting from the entitlement process , up to permitting and through construction - Extensive preparation and knowledge of entitlement submittals - Manage the entitlement process and work well with city planners , governmental agency and local jurisdictions requirements - Restaurant Operations experience is desirable but not mandato...
