The PJ's Coffee Mobile & Baldwin County Franchise group is looking for an experienced store manager to join our team as we expand and grow in the market! Compensation: Incentive Based Bonus (Gross Profit Sharing) PTO: Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent -Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least 3 years of FOH operations and/or other management positions. -Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system. -Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (5-8 hours generally) -Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. -Must have the stamina to work 40-50 hours per week. -Willing to train at a separate PJ's Coffee location for 1-2 weeks prior to managing own location. -Must pass background & drug test Certifications: -Serv Safe (Food Safety Manager) Certification is mandatory. Will be required to complete the following upon hire. - PJ’s Coffee Strategic Management Training - The C.O.R.E.
