Director of Business Growth

Job description

Role: The Director of Business Growth is someone who has experienced the reality of scaling a company and understands the complexity, tradeoffs, and pressure that come with growth. Most people who thrive in this role have led growth inside a scaling company or built a business of their own and understand firsthand the challenges founders face as companies expand. In this role, you’ll work directly with founders in boardroom advisory sessions to diagnose what’s really holding their business back and what to do about it. You’ll analyze the business, present a refined growth strategy, and leave the founder with a prioritized execution plan they can immediately put into motion. You’ll also help turn those insights into repeatable frameworks and tools we can apply across our portfolio. Here’s what you’ll actually do: Use our diagnostic framework to quickly understand a business, pinpoint constraints, and clarify the highest-leverage path forward. Review diagnostic pre-work and data to identify root causes, priorities, and the few decisions that will drive outsized results.
