Overview: The IT Business Analyst-Senior (BA) will be a strategic partner responsible for defining, analyzing, and translating complex business needs into effective technical and process‑driven solutions. This role will lead requirements discovery, process analysis, and solution design efforts across departmental and enterprise initiatives, serving as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners. The Senior BA will synthesize input from subject matter experts, operational teams, information technology, vendors, and senior leadership to ensure solutions align with organizational strategy, operational goals, and architectural standards.
