Position Summary: Administers the talent acquisition strategy for the dental program and assumes the responsibility for sourcing, screening, and selecting dental professionals for various positions. Applies in-depth knowledge of recruitment methods to establish timelines and metrics for tracking and measuring recruitment outcomes. Communicates with dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to identify target candidate profiles and determine the most effective sourcing methods. Conducts routine research to understand the competitive landscape and salary ranges within dental practices in order to attract and retain top talent.
