The role oversees projects from concept through launch, ensuring solutions meet client needs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: - Oversee and implement project plans from initial creative design to launch, making sure the application meets client requirements. - Coordinated the Product Delivery, Application, and Client Services teams under the guidance of the Client Services Manager, ensuring timely delivery and high product quality. - Coordinate with internal departments to develop content for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) submissions, as well as training materials and testing procedures. - Work with the Client Services Manager to prepare client presentations, mee...
