Purpose and Impact: The Logistics Specialist position is responsible for the safe, efficient and accurate handling, storage and delivery of furniture related products. This role ensures operational continuity across warehouse functions and delivery, supporting inventory integrity, customer satisfaction and workplace safety. The position integrates warehouse operations, transport logistics and on-site customer delivery, ensuring products are received, stored, handled and delivered in accordance with company standards, safety regulations and customer expectations. The Logistics Specialist operates across both warehouse and delivery environments and is responsible for : Warehouse receiving, storage, picking and dispatch Loading and unloading delivery vehicles: Delivery and installation of furniture at customer premises Inventory control and stock accuracy: Safe operation of manual handling equipment and mechanical aids Maintaining workplace safety and compliance with WHS regulations Supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
