Your role in our team As an A dministrative – Customer Support , you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of customer support activities and internal processes. You will coordinate administrative tasks, support internal teams, and ensure that documentation, tools, and equipment processes are properly managed. Your responsibilities: Provide administrative support to customer support and service teams Manage the tool calibration process, coordinating with Quality, Vilar, and external entities Ensure registration, tracking, and control of tools in internal systems Perform tool inspections and support internal DL50 tool inspections Manage personal protective equipment (PPE), including control and distribution for projects/clients such as CCEP, Renova, SB, and Navigator Support the management and distribution of workwear (uniforms) Coordinate and manage travel reservations for employees when required Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to administrative and operational activities Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient support and service delivery Your profile: Previous experience in administrati...
