About the Role: The Paralegal II – Antitrust is an integral part of Latham’s Legal Professional and Paralegal team and will be responsible for performing legal tasks, working on legal projects, and providing various support functions to supervisors, while assisting attorneys with the preparation and submission of HSR premerger antitrust filings with the Federal Trade Commission and U.S. Department of Justice. This role will be located in our Washington, D.C., San Francisco or New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
