For our Global Competence Center Cement we are looking for a Global Systems Engineering Manager - Cement Plants (f/m/d) . The Global Systems Engineering manager - Cement Plants is a global role within the Industry 4.0 team, responsible for defining, standardizing, and governing systems and IT/OT environments across Heidelberg Materials’ cement plants. The role works across regions and plants, supporting local teams through common architectures, engineering standards, and system concepts, with the objective of enabling stable operations, scalable digital solutions, and remote operation capabilities. The role focuses on the engineering and system foundations of automation and Industry 4.0, acting as a reference point and SME for regions and plants. This position is located in Heidelberg and reports to the Senior Manager Industry 4.0.
