Technical Business Analyst - Transaction Reporting (SQL / C# / Python)

ace has partnered with a prestigious, leading global financial institution to appoint an experienced Transaction Reporting Change & Release Lead to own the end-to-end lifecycle of UK/EU transaction reporting change from regulatory interpretation through to controlled production deployment. This is a hybrid technical business analyst & hands-on SQL/development role. You will act as the bridge between Compliance, Operations, Risk and Technology, translating regulatory requirements into actionable change specifications, governing release delivery, and strengthening production controls. A core objective is reducing key person dependency by standardising documentation, runbooks, knowledge transfer, and repeatable release processes. Please note this role requires presence in the client’s London office (days to be confirmed).
