Underwriting Analyst

Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Underwriting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate and analyze Property & Casualty (P&C) products to recommend coverage, policy terms, and pricing strategies that support profitable growth. You’ll transform raw data into actionable insights, identify trends, and support the development of new and existing insurance products. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? Develop programs, procedures, and controls to support underwriting objectives. Analyze underwriting metrics and identify trends using statistical tools. Create reports and data visualizations to communicate performance insights to senior leadership. Recommend adjustments to improve profitability and support product development. Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests and validate standardized reports. Assist in the development and enhancement of P&C products.
