Location - London, Bristol or Birmingham Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home About the role: This role sits within the Customer Finance Directorate, while also working closely with commercial team through commission business partnering. The position plays a key role in enabling effective cost control and commercial optimisation of the frontline commission scheme, partnering closely with the commercial commissions team. The role holder will be central to the design and ongoing evolution of the Channel Cost per Transaction model, helping to optimise costs while informing strategic distribution and channel decisions across the business. What you’ll be doing: - Cost per transaction reporting: develop, maintain and report against targets for each channel / sub channel. - Work with the wider finance teams for channel cost inputs, track actuals vs targets, perform variance analysis and look to optimize / provide the narrative behind the numbers. - Provide powerpoint outputs for channel director reviews with further analysis and deep dives as required. - Actively use the data to find opportunities / areas for optimization. - Draw in the value reporting inform...
