Twin Valley Co-op invites applications for the position of General Manager (GM) to lead their passionate team. As the GM, you would be responsible for the development of the organization’s annual operating and capital budgets for Board approval; identifying opportunities and leading the implementation of actions to address areas of concern. What you’ll do: - Work closely with the Board to develop the strategic direction for an organization spanning multiple geographic locations and commodities in alignment with the vision, mission, and values. Provide continuous support to the Board and committees of the Board and ensure regular reporting is provided including Annual General Meeting preparation and reporting. - Responsible for the financial health of the organization.
