What you’ll need to succeed as an Executive Deskside Support Technician at XPO Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, related work, or military experience - 2 years’ experience supporting a corporate, networked computer environment Preferred qualifications: About the Executive Deskside Support Technician job - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field - 2-year or 4-year Degree or vocational training equivalent in CS or MIS. - 10 years of experience supporting a corporate networked computer environment, including: installing, troubleshooting and supporting corporate AV equipment; building, deploying and troubleshooting computers; Providing executive/VIP support - MCP, MSCE or A+ certifications - Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, O365 and Telephony equipment support experience - Experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, and O365 support. - Experience supporting Telephony equipment. - Mac OS experience Pay, benefits, and more: - Competitive compensation package - Full health insurance benefits are available on d...
