Director of Benefits / Total Rewards Houston, TX | Full-Time | $160,000 – $200,000 Healthcare Industry: We are seeking an experienced: Director of Benefits / Total Rewards to lead the design, implementation, and administration of comprehensive benefits programs for a large, complex healthcare organization. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of benefits strategy, compliance, vendor management, and team leadership, ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. Position Overview: The Director of Benefits will lead enterprise-wide benefits strategy across health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and wellness initiatives. This role partners closely with senior HR leadership to deliver a cohesive Total Rewards strategy that attracts and retains top talent while maintaining cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.
