Early Learning & Training Partner Location: Field Based (to cover Bristol & the South West) Department: Learning & Development Working pattern: Full-time, field based Salary: £42,000 per annum plus £4K car allowance = total package £46,000 per annum Role Purpose: The Early Learning and Training Partner supports nurseries to deliver the highest standards of care, education, and learning, in line with our Quality Strategy. This role nurtures and empowers teams to grow in their early years practice, creating inspiring environments where children can thrive and families feel valued. With a strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance, the ELTP helps ensure each setting achieves Strong and Exceptional outcomes.
