Apartner is hiring for multiple Apartment Leasing Consultants in Gainesville! As an Apartment Leasing Consultant at Apartner, you will be the welcoming face of our client properties, playing a crucial role in engaging potential residents and helping them find their perfect home. A typical day involves conducting property tours, providing information about leasing options, addressing resident inquiries, and managing administrative duties related to leasing. You will work closely with your team to ensure occupancy targets are met, all while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with residents. Starting rate of $17 to $19 per hour depending on experience!
