Guest Room Attendants provide friendly, courteous Family-Style Service to guests while cleaning guest rooms in their assigned area. They display a strong commitment to customer service through the delivery of our service standards, safety procedures and standard operating procedures. Guest Room Attendants ensure cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms to uphold hotel standards. Duties include cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing supplies, changing linens, and sanitizing bathrooms. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to providing an excellent guest experience are key aspects of this role. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY: Load carts with all supplies for designated work area.
