Overview of the role: The Strategic Relationship Management Associate will support the Strategic Relationship Management (SRM) team in managing and growing key national broker/dealer relationships, and additional partner firms. This role is designed for a motivated, team-oriented professional who is interested in building a career within SRM. Primary responsibilities will be to provide support to senior National Account Leads, while developing skills to take on increased responsibility over time. Working closely with National Account Leads, the Associate will assist in client servicing, relationship management, and strategic initiatives that promote the Hartford Funds brand and investment strategies within partner firms, ultimately contributing to sales growth.
