Staff Accountant - Financial Reporting The Staff Accountant - Financial Reporting will be a key member of the Accounting Team, primarily supporting SEC reporting, external audit processes, and technical accounting matters. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role will assist in the preparation of quarterly 10-Qs and annual 10-Ks, coordinate audit requests, and support monthly close activities. We are looking for an individual who can work independently with strong attention to detail, a background in public company accounting preferred, and a solid understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. Core Responsibilities: As a key contributor to financial reporting and the monthly close process, you will: Assist in the preparation of quarterly 10-Q and annual 10-K filings, including drafting footnote disclosures and gathering supporting documentation. Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations with accuracy and attention to detail. Analyze general ledger accounts to identify and record necessary accruals, adjustments, and reclassifications.
