Cherokee Casino West Siloam Springs is seeking a Table Games Floor Lead! This role involves supervising all aspects of table game operations within an assigned pit area. The Floor Lead is tasked with overseeing dealers and the overall action, ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly. This includes opening and closing games, maintaining game security, and reporting any irregularities or safety hazards to leadership. The position requires strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure a smooth and secure gaming environment. High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of table games dealing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to lead a gaming floor area without having direct supervisory authority over employees. Ability to obtain and maintain a license by the appropriate gaming authority.
