Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do: ​ Starts up, monitors, and stops boilers, air and refrigeration compressors, and pumps, using wiring diagrams/schematics, vendor manuals, hand tools to provide utilities to maintain building conditions and comfortable levels. Operates building automation systems to monitor and control powerhouse equipment and systems. Makes minor repairs such as tightening packing glands on pumps, boilers, and compressors, to keep equipment operating.
