Business Financial Manager, Mid The Opportunity: Support a fast-paced, innovation- focus ed organization in managing the full life cycle of large-scale Research and Development ( R & D ) efforts. Become part of a cross-functional team working to shape, solicit, procure, and execute complex programs. Apply advanced program and project management skills by constructing project plans and coordinating program meetings for the client. Assist in budget ing and finan cia l execution functions, including assisting with program budget analysis, forecasting, and active execution tracking, drafting funding documents, and creating briefings and reports to keep the clients fully apprised of program finan cia ls and deliverable progress. Use the client’s finan cia l management system to support procurement activities. Coordinate with Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer Representatives in the creation and coordination of acqui sit ion funding documents, including preparing, coordinating, and evaluating federal funding solicitations.
