Maintenance Programs Engineer (Mid-Level or Senior) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes is hiring a Maintenance Programs Engineer (Mid-Level or Senior) to work at our Seal Beach, California location. Position Overview: In this role, you will translate complex engineering designs into practical, compliant maintenance programs that keep Boeing aircraft safe, reliable, and cost ‑ effective in service. You’ll own the development and verification of scheduled maintenance tasks, task cards, and technical publications, and use data ‑ driven analysis to identify reliability trends and opportunities for improvement. You will be working cross ‑ functionally with design teams, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and customers, you will influence product designs for maintainability and supportability, ensure compliance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness and FAA/foreign regulations, and deliver customer ‑ facing technical solutions. This role requires strong problem ‑ solving and communication skills, the ability to mentor junior engineers, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
