Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program or project management. - Experience in NPI Operations. - Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing operations. Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience in hardware and manufacturing operations. - 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Knowledge of hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs), process documentation and assembly and test processes. - Ability to communicate project requirements and schedules. - Excellent leadership, investigative, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity and strategic skills.
