Position Title: Inventory Planning Supervisor Division: SCM: Job Type: Full-Time – Pay Range : $75K to $80K. Location: Miami, Florida: Company: Yamaha Motor Distribution Latin America Inc. (YDLA) Overview: The Inventory Planning Supervisor is responsible for the procurement and order processing functions within YDLA to support the Caribbean and LATAM markets. Responsible for spare parts availability, backorder recovery, delivery precision and inventory. Additional responsibilities include managing purchase orders and managing suppliers to provide on-time product delivery. The position is responsible for identifying opportunities to optimize efficiencies within the Supply Planning function through data analysis and interaction with cross-functional teams. This role is not about Warehouse Inventory or cycle counts – It is about forecast accuracy, purchasing and balancing inventory through advance analytic processes.
