Job DetailsJob Location: Toledo, OH 43604 Job Summary: The Modeling Technician plays a key role in transforming field-captured data, including point clouds from laser scanning, into accurate and high-quality digital models for our clients. This position is responsible for producing 3D models from scans provided by GPRS Project Managers, performing detailed QA/QC of internal and vendor-created models, and supporting project delivery through technical collaboration and documentation. The ideal candidate will combine strong modeling skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset to ensure consistent, client-ready deliverables. Job Goals: Transform field data into accurate 3D models: Convert GPRS Project Manager scan data into high-quality, detailed 3D BIM models that reflect real-world conditions and support effective client decision-making.
