*This position is contingent upon contract award* Amentum is seeking an Operations Manager to join the team in Tampa, FL. The Operations Manager (OM) is a key leader reporting to the Program Manager. The OM drives operational transformation, including seamless execution of day-to-day operations, scalable resource management, and integration of advanced technologies like AI to enhance decision-making and operational agility. Primary Responsibilites: - Oversee influence campaigns, aligning targeting, production, and assessment workflows, and ensuring readiness through Transition-In/Out activities. - Manage enterprise integration, develops Common Operating Pictures for multi-classification environments, and promotes cross-Combatant Command collaboration. - Emphasizing compliance with FAR/DFARS protocols and operational risk management, the OM ensures efficient, cost-effective execution through innovative practices supporting U.S. and coalition objectives. - This role demands extensive expertise in operations, scalable planning, and stakeholder engagement to achieve mission priorities.
