Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: As part of adidas E-commerce team in Kazakhatan Senior specialist ecommerce operations drives Net Sales target execution and strategic development of marketplace channel by maintaining high level of cooperation with current and potential digital partners, supporting new digital partnerships acquisitions, executing sales initiatives and promotions as well as providing profound marketplace, competition and operations analysis. Requirements: - Develop and implement a marketplace strategy as part of ecommerce department and overall Kazakhstan market strategy. - Direct interaction with marketplace representatives to establish and expand partnerships and increase sales through marketplaces. - Market and competitor analysis to ensure our company's competitiveness on marketplaces. - Analyze the assortment presented on marketplaces. - Monitor sales and maintain analytics to achieve Net sales targets via improving processes and operations on marketplaces. - Oversee the high-level execution of operations for orders received through marketplaces. - Participate directly in other ecommerce department processes related not only to external marketp...
