Veteran Care Coordinator (RN IV) - ( 260003FI ) Description The Veterans Home at Holyoke is seeking an engaging, collaborative, and experienced nursing supervisor to serve as one of our Veteran Care Coordinators. This role will serve as a member of the nursing administration team and be responsible for the supervision and oversight of an assigned Care Center within our long-term care facility. Schedule: This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position working from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm; schedule to include rotating weekends. Please Note: This is a 24 hour/7 days a week facility.
