About us Zonta House Refuge Association (Zonta House) is a specialist provider of family and domestic violence (FDV) services. Our purpose, values, and services have been informed through 40 years of experience, the needs of victim-survivors of FDV in our community, and research in leading practice. Zonta House provides holistic services to support individuals, children and families and facilitates education to contribute to social and systems change to prevent and stop FDV. Victim-survivors of FDV are able to access responsive and person-centred support based on their needs to build a future free from abuse and thrive. About the role: We are seeking a Case Manager to provide intensive case management support to women exiting prison to become contributing participants in their families, cultures, and communities. Our ReSet Case Manager works collaboratively with the Wungening Aboriginal Corporation to deliver informal counselling, advocacy, and warm referrals to specialist services, promoting strong outcomes in rehabilitation and reintegration.
