Genesis Consulting is seeking a motivated, ambitious, hardworking, and resourceful Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager with demonstrated experience (business, change management, project management) and strong leadership skills to lead a commercial change management effort for a global manufacturing client. Join our team and utilize SAP technology to configure, develop, deliver and support applications for our clients while leveraging concepts of Lean, Agile, Kanban and SAFe. Our clients are some of the world’s leading companies and the candidate will be a part of challenging projects to build and support technical solutions for their needs. This role will include planning through execution/adoption, effectively driving change management and transformation efforts to support a wide variety of enterprise and workstream change initiatives.
