Role Overview: We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to partner directly with our Co-Founder & Head of Growth to drive company-wide initiatives across sales and operations. You’ll sit at the center of the company’s most critical decisions and ensure the go-to-market organization scales without losing momentum. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure environments, excels at problem-solving and framing decisions from first principles, finds no task too big or small, and appreciates the importance of teamwork.
