Job Summary: Supports the opening, scanning and sorting of Customer Service mail, FCBA disputes, Bankruptcies, and Media Center functions. Keys returned Credit cards and Credit card statements, updates as needed. This requires high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and SLA compliance. Associate responds to requests for credit applications, statements, and notes and may need to access various platforms to fulfill(VCARS, Solution Builder, Optis Mainframe etc.). May require communication with outside banks to complete special requests. Prepares labels for stored documents based on document type. Records must be stored based on retention policy and maintain accuracy. Completes tracking documentation and reporting on customer related inquiries as needed. Completes various other duties as assigned. Essential Job Functions: - Operation of numerous machines, Including Omation 306 , Postage meter, Letter folder, minimum 8000 keystrokes per hour with 98% accuracy.
