Security Senior Manager Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company’s Enterprise Classified Security (ECS) organization is currently seeking a Security Senior Manager in Arlington, VA to lead our Insider Threat Program reporting to the Vice President, Enterprise Classified Security. The selected candidate will lead the integration, analysis, and dissemination of security-related intelligence across the enterprise, overseeing the intelligence lifecycle and enabling timely, actionable insights to support business operations, risk management, and strategic decision-making as the Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO). Position Responsibilities: Establish and oversee the Insider Threat Program, ensuring it aligns with The Boeing Company’s organizational goals and government guidelines Develop and implement comprehensive processes and protocols for identifying, assessing, and responding to insider threats Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and insider threat indicators within the organization Design and implement mitigation strategies to reduce insider threat risks, collaborating with Human Resources, IT, Legal, Boeing Enterprise Security and Ethics...
