Operations Coordinator - Global Services - ( 260000SW ) Description Serves as the operational backbone of the Global Services Department, ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day administrative, financial, and programmatic functions. This role manages core workflows across communication, financial operations (including invoicing and reconciliation), travel coordination, and office systems, while maintaining critical infrastructure such as documentation, databases, and vendor relationships. The Coordinator supports departmental leadership through project management, planning, data tracking, and process improvement, and plays a key role in enabling patient services and international programs by ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and continuity across all activities. Qualifications: Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required) Or Relevant experience beyond the minimum required work experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a 1-to-1 ratio ( i.e. one year of relevant work experience equals one year of required education).
