Job DetailsJob Location: Hotel - Tuolumne, CA 95379Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $18.00 SUMMARY: Responsible for preparation and service for all Espresso Bar food and beverage menu items. Responsible for the daily set-up and break down of this work area; maintaining it in a neat and sanitary condition. Maintains the highest standards of menu item preparation following standard recipes to assure consistency of all beverages served. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to) Prepares and serves all food and beverages in the Espresso Bar. Follows approved recipes for the preparation of beverages to assure consistency while maintaining portion control and quality standards. Maintains cleanliness and proper sanitation of the work area and equipment. Performs routine equipment cleaning and standard daily cleaning/maintenance as needed to keep the equipment in good working order. Prepares requisitions for supplies as needed to keep the station properly stocked and ready for business. Enter orders in the point of sale system, handles cash and completes transactions.
