The Merger and Acquisitions Analyst, M&A Analyst, is responsible for driving corporate strategy through portfolio research; constructing and evaluating financial reports, supporting acquisition diligence processes, studying company operations, and recommending how potential targets will fit into Vortex’s portfolio.
