Salary £36,363 - £40,777 Per annum | Permanent Full Time, 37 hours per week | Pro Rata About EmPower: EmPower is Lancashire’s dedicated contextual safeguarding service, working alongside young people aged 12–18 who may be experiencing harm beyond the family home. This can include exploitation, peer‑on‑peer harm, missing episodes, unsafe peer groups, or risks linked to community spaces and online environments.
